Yes. The site, the code and your customer data are yours. If you ever leave, you take all of it with you.

Nothing to us, unless you want us to host and maintain it. That is $250 a month with no contract, and it covers hosting, backups, security updates, small revisions and CRM support. Without the plan you still own the site. You host it on your own accounts and pay the hosting company directly. Small revisions are $50 each and larger changes are quoted.

A small revision is a change that takes under 30 minutes. Think new hours, a new photo or a changed price. Larger changes are quoted before any work starts.

No. Each project has a short written agreement that says what we will build and what it costs. A build is a one-time price: 50% to start, 50% at launch. Hosting and maintenance is optional and month to month, and you can cancel any time.

Yes. You do not have to take the monthly plan. Without it, the site sits on your own hosting accounts, and you still own the site, the code and your data.
