Arkhe Engage is a customer engagement platform built for agencies and operators who need CRM, email marketing, and lead capture in one stack — without stitching together five SaaS subscriptions.
The architecture pairs a Next.js 14 frontend with a NestJS backend, Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL, Redis caching, and Trigger.dev for background jobs. Role-based access covers Admin, Marketing, Sales, and Readonly tiers.
